COVENANTS
Who do I contact if I notice an infraction of the covenants or have a question?
As a good neighbor you are encourage to speak with respect with your neighbor. If you are unable to resolve the situation or are uncomfortable, please contact the association directors.
ANNUAL FEES
When are my association annual fees due and how much are they?
The amount of annual dues are established each year by the Board of Directors.
Dues are payable by January 31 of each year.
The 2009 annual dues are $170.00 Payable to HOA, PO Box 108 Smithville MO 64089
BOATS IN DRIVEWAYS
Is it okay for me to park my boat in my driveway?
See Section 15 of the covenant amendments.
FENCES
Do I need permission to build a fence?
See Section 21 of the covenant amendments.
PAINT, REPAIR AND CONSTRUCTION
I want to paint my house, do I have to get approval to do so?
See Section 23 of the covenant amendments.
POOL
I am new to the neighborhood, how do I get a key for the pool?
A pool keycard may be be picked up by an adult member of the household with proper identification
. Contact us.
I lost my key, how do I get a replacement?
Contact us, a replacement keycard can be obtained for a $10.00 fee.
SHEDS
I would like to build a shed, who do I contact for permission?
See Section 22 of the covenants.
SNOW REMOVAL
Who do I talk to about the removal of snow from my street?
All snow removal services throughout Harborview are provided by the City of Smithville. All
comments or concerns should be address through Smithville City Hall.
STREET LIGHTS
There is a street light out in my area, who do I contact?
To report outages or problems with streetlights contact KCP&L at (888) 471-5275.
To report an electrical outage on-line, click here or call 1-888-LIGHTKC (544-4852)
If KCP&L does not correct the problem you are reporting in a timely manner please contact a board
member.
